If you are pregnant or have a child/children under the age of 4, you may be eligible for the NHS Health Start Scheme.
The scheme provides payments every 4 weeks to be spent on cow’s milk, instant formula milk, fruit and vegetables, and pulses. As well as Healthy Start vitamins.
Payments are given in the form of a pre-paid card. This is a transition from paper vouchers. People who already receive paper vouchers will receive a letter in the post about how to get their card.
New applicants will automatically receive the digital card if eligible.
