From 1 October 2025, GP practices are sharing a new NHS guide to help patients understand what to expect from their practice and how to get the right care.
The Central Surgery will provide services as outlined in You and Your General Practice except when we are unable to do so due to:
– Lack of capacity
– Staff training (half-day closure each month)
– Unforeseen events
– Failure of NHS-supplied software
– Circumstances where we cannot assure a safe service
