The Central Surgery is a triage first practice.
To make an appointment for an URGENT medical issue you can call our number 0116 2712175 or visit the Practice in person any time during opening hours 8am to 6.30pm.
Online Queries
You can use our online service to request a NON-URGENT appointment or submit an administrative query.
For all NON-URGENT requests or follow up appointments please follow the AccuRx link on our homepage, it is very simple to fill out the request form so please do give it a go. Don’t worry if you can’t complete this online; you can still call us and our team will complete the form for you over the telephone.
A GP will then decide which type of clinician will be most appropriate to help you and a receptionist will contact you by return AccuRx message or by telephone to arrange the appointment.
Our Nurse, Healthcare Assistant and Pharmacist appointments can be booked in advance but our GP appointments are booked on the day.
Video Consultations
Video consultations are carried out using a service called AccuRx. You may be sent a text message to securely access your video consultation with a GP.
