Patient Participation Group

The Patient Group has met twice now, and the next meeting will take place on 15th May.  The purpose of the meeting is to explore options for the Group’s role, purpose and its terms of reference.

The practice team are extremely grateful to those patients who have kindly given of their time and energies to the Group.  Their feedback and input was invaluable in developing our recent Local Patient Survey, and we recently met with them to gain their approval for our Action Plan based on the survey’s results.

Both the practice and the Group are keen that it should be representative of the whole patient population.  We are actively seeking representatives from the following groups:

Patients aged under 30
Patients of non White British ethnicity
Patients with a disability
Patients with young children
